Beautiful pictures, Peggy! Food and Wine magazine has an article about Rancho La Puerta's new cooking school in the Dec. issue. I was actually there when it was being written up and photographed, so I am in the first picture of the article. Great article, so I thought you might like to read it!
How exciting! I'll find a copy. I just looked at the article online, but it was only text and one little farm picture. It was fun to read about the place again. I look forward to seeing your cooking picture.
Hi Peggy,
The article in the magazine is much longer, and quite good. I think you will enjoy it. I am actually in the picture that is online, too, but you wouldn't know it unless I pointed it out. I am the one in the hot pink tee-shirt. The photo is a little bigger in the magazine. That was one of the days when the temperature went above 100 degrees.
Enjoy!
Yes! There you are--the bright spot in the picture.
I just went to look for the hard copy of the magazine (I'm in the Chapel Hill library) but, dadgummit, they don't carry it. It's on my list.
Oh Peggy, you just made my day! The bright spot in the picture, what a positive way to look at it!
I do hope that you are able to find the issue. If not, I can mail you a copy of the article.
Have a great evening!
I'll get a copy for sure.
