You have shown amazing restraint Paggy in not blogging about your email woes! What is the outlet for your email frustrations? Level 1 I swear like a sailor at the computer, Level II I get into my reboot, be one with the computer mode and Level III I kick it.
I'm curious. What subject are the on?
Kenju, I don't understand your question. Maybe a word was left out?
Anon, you have the levels of grief/rage well-articulated. I don't proceed on any plan.
But I'm told that I lost my characteristic mildness on the phone to fixers Friday afternoon. When I hung up, Carrie-in-the-next-office said, "Please tell me this is resolved." Lisa-in-the-office- over-mine came downstairs and said I'd been yelling. I hadn't realized it.
Oh dear...I can only imagine your frustration!
Thanks, Debbie. I think it's now fixed. Halleluia!
