Take One Small Action

It's easy to doubt the effectiveness of one more small action toward a goal. Here's a light-hearted reminder that setting one thing in motion can make a difference. Thanks to Michael Lindsay of Inform Creative Services for sending this cheerful burst of creativity.

Hi Peggy, I like your take on this video. I need to remind myself of "one more small action toward a goal" when I get overwhelmed by a massive project or unmet lifetime desire. I just need to get moving and trust that things will unfold as intended.

The following quote expresses this for me: "The very least you can do in your life is to figure out what you hope for. And the most you can do is live inside that hope."- Barbara Kingsolver

Thanks for posting the video and links. I really appreciate it. -Mike

Get moving and trust are such a valuable combo. And they're such different skills. Thanks for the added insight, Mike.

I absolutely love videos like this, and the pragmatic side of me wonders how many times, how many times, how many times did they have to set that up before it worked perfectly?!!

I'm reading several books by Jan Phillips, and she envisions every interaction between two people as a creative act, with far-reaching results. This is certainly a visual representation of that idea.

Life is one big ripple, isn't it?

...talking about perseverance, yes? Also provides reinforcement that all our actions; good, bad or indifferent have an affect on those around us whether we like to think so or not. Thanks for the awareness....
