I admire the fact that sitting in a hospital room brings color to her mind. That's probably not everyone's response to such a situation.

Thanks, Peggy, for commenting on my photos. I have always wanted to be a brilliant black and white photographer, but it is always the color that draws my eye.
Could it be the drabness of the hospital that might make Mamie think about color while sitting there? Just wondering.

I've never understood what was so cool about B&W, Mamie.
I think you're right, Debbie. But it's so easy to let the surroundings drag us down. I like this color strategy a lot better.
You are right, Peggy. It is a much better strategy to view our surroundings in a more positive way, when we can. I like Mamie's colorful perspective better, too.
